Fleece analysis
The fibres, with an average diameter of 24 μm (min. 14–max. 40 μm), show an altered surface morphology. Where preserved, the scales display prominent edges with smooth margins. Some elements are fused. Some fibres with diameters greater than 33 μm show the disappearance of medulla.
