Fleece analysis
The fibres exhibit an altered surface morphology. Where present, the scales are numerous and arranged in a mosaic-like pattern. They display prominent edges with a smooth profile. The fibres have an average diameter of 25 μm (min. 22–max. 36 μm). Sporadic fibres with a diameter greater than 33 μm show the disappearance of the central medulla.
