Looks like tabby, but not 100% certain. Maybe once coloured, now dirty yellow.
Weft has a ribbed effect, some of it is fine S spun. Ribs are thicker, each c.4 mm wide. Rib content uncertain: maybe a single thick S spun yarn. 1.5 ribs per cm. Between each rib c.3 finer yarns.
