Pattern
Rows of knots at intervals of ~50mm. Not enough survives to reconstruct the scheme. Knots made of a pair of threads, each thread consisting of a pair of thick s spliced yarns, s plied together (knot c.5mm over the pair). Single lines of knots separated by ~3 pairs of ground weft. + Another lump of same textile, encased in mud.
