Catalogue number Ts 19 Inventory number 153 Description 24 fragments.; Max. dimension 5 x 3,9 cm; Min. dimension 01 x 0,4 cm; The artefact is composed of two different textiles joined together by multiple stitches. The textile surface is made by joining several fragments of tabbies of various sizes but of similar quality. These fragments are attached to a basket-weave fabric (reverse side) using running and overcasting stitches to create a large textile from reused pieces. Some of the reused fragments are tabbies with self-bands.
