Remarks
Out-of-context material, preserved as belonging to tomb 224, Canal Bianco Necropolis. From the excavation logs: "Cremation tomb; the bones were placed in a vase. There were also six other vases. An amphora sawn in half served as a cinerary urn. Inside were small, thin red terracotta vases (Gallic?), imitating Arezzo vases."
Examined first-hand. Unpublished.
