Description
The fibres lie parallel within the threads. The threads appear shiny and smooth. The textile is preserved in overlapping layers. On both sides, the fragment preserves traces of a twill weave. Any type of connection between the two textiles cannot be determined.

Fleece analysis
The fibres show a strong altered morphology, with an almost complete disappearance of the surface scales. Where preserved, the scales have pronounced margins. The fibres have an average diameter of 18 μm (min. 13–max. 23 μm). The diameter of 23 μm is an is an isolated value.
